About LQPD
The Llei 29/2021, de 28 d'octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals (LQPD) is Andorra's data protection law, aligned with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a company incorporated in the Principality of Andorra, YUNIT SL is subject to the LQPD and is supervised by the Autoritat de Protecció de Dades Personals (APDA).

This website does not offer visitor registration, but it does use essential site storage and optional Google Analytics when a visitor accepts analytics cookies through the consent banner. No advertising cookies are used. The LQPD section exists to fulfil our obligations regarding business relationships and data processing partnerships.

Exercise your right to erasure under Article 17 LQPD. Submit your request and we will process it within 30 days.

Authorised auditors can request a one-time access code by email to download the LQPD compliance data export.
Auditor PortalData Breach Reporting
In the event of a personal data breach, YUNIT SL will notify the APDA within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, in accordance with Article 33 and 34 LQPD. Internal incident reporting is managed through our secure backoffice system.
