These Terms govern access to yunit.tech, YUNIT public pages, YUNIT business and consumer portals, and related managed services unless a separate signed agreement applies.

YUNIT SL is an Andorran company at Urb. Borda Rutllan 7A, AD400 La Massana, Principality of Andorra.
Acceptable use
- Use the website and portals only for lawful business, consumer, compliance, or support purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another tenant, scrape personal data, interfere with service operation, or misuse OAuth credentials.
- Keep account credentials, OAuth client secrets, wallet tokens, and one-time codes confidential.
Service information
Public website content describes YUNIT capabilities and service models. It is not legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.
Commercial terms, implementation scope, service levels, pricing, and support commitments are binding only when agreed in a written proposal, order, or contract.
OAuth and third-party services
Where YUNIT integrates with Google, Stripe, Apple Wallet, Supabase, Resend, analytics, or other providers, those providers may apply their own terms and policies. You must have the right to connect your account and grant the requested access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUNIT is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data caused by user misconfiguration, or unauthorised use resulting from credentials controlled by the user or merchant.
