The auditor portal is intended for auditors authorised by YUNIT SL or by a competent supervisory context. It is not a public transparency feed.
Auditor Portal
Controlled, single-use access to compliance export data for authorised review.
How access works
- The auditor enters an authorised email address.
- The system generates a one-time code and emails it to that address.
- The code expires after 24 hours and can be used only once.
- After successful use, the token is marked as used and cannot be reused.
What the export contains
- Incident records: id, reported date, severity, status, description and affected data.
- DPA records: id, signed date, entity type, signatory, email, company, country and DPA version.
- Deletion requests: id, requested date, requester, email, status and resolved date.
- A generated timestamp and auditor email for traceability.
Operational purpose
The export gives an authorised reviewer a compact view of the evidence YUNIT SL maintains for LQPD compliance operations. Sensitive operational access remains restricted to YUNIT SL administration.
