Before signing

Use this form when your organisation shares personal data with YUNIT SL, asks YUNIT SL to process personal data on its behalf, or needs a clear record of processing responsibilities for procurement, vendor onboarding or audit files.

What the form records

  • Entity type: business or individual
  • Signatory name, email address, address and country
  • Company name and registration number where applicable
  • Signature timestamp, DPA version and IP address for the audit trail

What happens after submission

The signature record is stored in the LQPD compliance database. A confirmation email is sent to the signatory. YUNIT SL can later include the DPA record in an authorised auditor export.

Important note

The form records agreement evidence and operational metadata. If you are unsure whether you are authorised to sign for your organisation, obtain internal approval before submitting the form.

By submitting this form you confirm that you have authority to sign this DPA on behalf of the entity named above, and you agree to the processing of your data by YUNIT SL for the purpose of maintaining this agreement record. Your IP address will be recorded as part of the signature audit trail.
